What weETH is
weETH is ether.fi's liquid restaking token: it represents staked ETH that is also restaked on EigenLayer. Like wstETH, the balance stays fixed and each token gains value against ETH.
It is accepted as collateral in several protocols, including Aave v3, which LPulse also tracks.
Risks
On top of staking risks (contract, validators, discount to ETH), restaking adds the slashing rules of the services that use that ETH.
Frequently asked questions
+Does LPulse detect weETH on L2s?
LPulse recognizes weETH as liquid staking on the EVM networks it reads, such as Ethereum, Arbitrum and Base.
+Can I see weETH used as Aave collateral?
Yes. If weETH is deposited on Aave v3, it shows up in the lending position with health factor and liquidation price.
+Does LPulse show ether.fi points and airdrops?
No. LPulse shows the value of your weETH position; points and airdrops are left out.
